Bilingual Sales Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a bilingual sales specialist for Russ Levinton State Farm, you will be a vital to our daily business operations. You will help our team grow our agency through meaningful customer relations with customers who prefer to do business in Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST SPEAK SPANISH
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
